Milly's probably the most openly welfare-conscious biomechanics-focused young dressage rider on the UK scene (HHO article on her here) and, if you look through her posts, you can see that the horse has visibly come on a lot in terms of learning to relax and open his frame. Hers is exactly the sort of riding we need more of in the dressage world.

Just need twenty or so HHOers and then Jaegerbomb could be the forum's first dressage syndicate.

One of the horses may have numerals or an inital after the name, so two horses can have the same name, or it could just have different spelling.
 
I dont want to be negative, but if someone is seriously wanting to invest in this horse, please think carefully about what they want the horse to achieve. I believe its being promoted as a potential International GP horse, the video doesnt show any flying changes, it will need changes long before it needs piaffe and passage, it may well learn its changes, but not seeing them in a promotional video is surprising. Personally, if I wanted to invest I would check the competition records of both horse and rider before I got carried away with a social media video. But maybe I'm just too old so I appreciate facts over the all encompassing glossiness of social media!

I completely agree- this horse is not looking like a potential GP prospect. He is 9, not 8, and is consistently scoring sub 60% at AM with a very good pro on board.
I'm sure it would be fun to be involved in his journey, but maybe not at a 40k valuation and with that end goal in mind
 
I openly accept that I have no idea what I'm talking about, but to me this horse still looks physically immature.

As sweet and amenable as I'm sure he is, he does not look like a horse who could make it where she wants to go.
 
I certainly don't want to knock her for trying, and the horse is not without talent. But the idea of a 9yr old with his record becoming an international GP horse with a rider who hasn't done it before is unlikely. That's why I said any potential investors should think carefully about what they want to achieve, as a horse to have some fun with at a lower level, fantastic.
 
I'd love to see her supported for her ethos and treatment of horses, but what is she asking for? Its a pretty video but no details of what she expects. Are you on the hook for training and competing costs? What if you want to sell? I think it would have been better to buy a promising youngster and show how she trains it etc. But fair play to her for trying.
 
I really like Milly - completely agree with @stangs assessment of her being an ethical rider, both physically and mentally. I hope she gets to keep the ride and would-be owners get to have some fun :)
 
Sorry but as much as I think her way of doing things is better and should be championed, this feels a bit like Emily kings go fund me for that "promising" young horse that sort of disappeared once purchased and didn't make the dizzy heights it was suggested he could.

The chap in the video looks so genuine though 🥹 I am not at all qualified to assess his potential but he's really really lovely 🥰
