Hey all,

As some of you may know Ollie has managed to pull his superficial tendon and is current on box rest 8 weeks. Within those 8 weeks he has to stay in either bandages or boots for support. He is currently in bandages but due to personal back issues I'd rather have him in boots, as I am able to crouch down and velcro them back up but can't stay down long enough to do the bandages :(
Does anyone fancy going shopping for some nice supportive therapy boots for me? He will be in them 24/7 for the foreseeable future.
I was looking at the HCT therapy boot wraps at prem equine..

But was wondering if there were any others people would recommend?

Thanks in advance and happy new year :D

Sorry i dont know of any boots, but the ones you picked out look fine :)
We had a mare kicked last year and she was on box rest for 5 months (Cross tied for 1, Tied up for 2 and lose for another 2) and she had to have her Robert Jones bandage on her leg for quite alote of that, and bandages. She coped extreemly well and is now back jumping 80cm :) I hope everything works out for you!

My lad wears the Bioflow magnetic boots, I started off leaving them on 12 hours on 12 hours off, and didn't see a lot of difference, so now he has them on for a couple of days and then a 12 hour break, and his hocks are a lot better. The only problem I've had is that being neoprene, they make his legs sweat, and he's had a couple of small rubs where the fetlock flexes.
