A friend is on the hunt for a new pony as the current one is getting a bit small. She's looking for a light to middleweight 14.2 useful PC allrounder. Must be a gelding, good in traffic, hack alone, load and hunt. Don't mind an older pony but would rather not a grey! Small budget of £2k I'm afraid. Anywhere along the M5 corridor, don't want to travel too far.

Many thanks in advance :)

yeah i actually know the grey (Murphys Law) truly one of the most amazing little horseys i have ever met but yes he is pretty pricey...!

He was lush!!! Exactly as described and I thin* the sellers will be getting a phone call in the morning. Wish I could buy him for myself, might be able to nab him when he's outgrown!

Can anyone guess what breed he is??

awwh :)

erm, breed..hmm...

he looks to me like hes a native crossed arab ? (really pretty head from what i saw).
*waits to be hastily corrected!* :o

oh dear... every single arab i've ever met was either a psycho ridden or a psycho on the ground :/ lets hope this one is good ridden and on the ground :)

That's a rather patronising comment, Shiny ISH.

The arabs you have *nown must have been badly ridden and badly handled. Some of the arabs I've*now have been sensitive, lively or sharp and some have been totally chilled, NONE have been psycho, and this chap certainly isn't.

Your comment is exactly the reason why his breed was not put in the ad!

sorry didn't mean to sound as if they're all that way. i don't think all arabs are like that, just the ones i have been around, mostly youngsters. i'm sure he's a lovely chap and i've seen some of the most well behaved horses at shows who were arabs so i have nothing against them, just a bit weary around them.
he is very pretty thou. :)
