I have read some years ago about people using Dodson and Horrell "Suregrow" as a balencer for non youngstock but cant find any information now...... does anyone actually do this? What feeding rates do you use? Do you feed it like a traditional balencer - 100gms per 100kg bodyweight? Do you think it works as a balencer or is it a false economy?

thanks in advance!!

I feed baileys stud balancer to all my horses, mares, youngstock and horses in work. I find it gives them far better condition than other balancers although I dont usually feed as much as the reccomended amount (unless to mares in foal) and I only feed with high fibre feeds.
My horses all look great on it.
