Anyone from Bracknell/Warfield?

Found some old pictures today from 32 years ago of me on some ponies from Grove Farm Stables in Warfield. I used to spend every spare moment there when I wasn't at school! Just wondered if anyone on here knows Grove Farm (does it still exist?) or was there at the same time all those moons ago????????????

Don't know, probably not as there is a huge housing estate in warfield now. I went to Heathlands, did you know that?

Yes I remember it! I went there a few times (much more professional than Grove Farm I remember)! They had a lovely bottom yard that was cobbled didn't they? Can't remember the names of the horses there though. A friends daughters learnt to ride there and went for years, I remember the stalls next to the indoor school where the horses were kept during the day. Wasn't it off Nine mile ride somewhere? I used to keep my pony at South Lodge Farm which was opposite Holly Spring Farm in Jiggs Lane Warfield. x

Yea happy days!

I spent all my childhood there and then did my BHS exams.

We used to bring the ponies up from the field, ride one bareback with a headcollar and lead three, no hat - Great fun.

Couldn't do that now though, just too many cars on the road. Health and safety would have a field day!!

It's now a private livery yard. Completely changed - Shame
