Anyone go out with the Vine & Craven, Hants?

Just wondering.... I'm guessing probably not but wondering if I might come across any of you as hoping to get out with them this season. :grin:

Are they the ones in newbury area? My chestnut cob used to hunt with them - I keep forgetting the name (I need to remember it for a veteran class I am doing next week!). All I can remember is that it sounds like a pub ...

Not sure exactly which area they cover, I just know they'll have some meets within hacking distance of my yard (just outside Basingstoke)!

According to the website which lists all the hunts (name escapes me, sorry) they're centre is Kingsclere I think.

Yes it is. Just had another look, Newbury is listed as one of their best centres.

i'm going to call them this week to see about going out with them.

The Vine and Craven is a great hunt!! Go for it!! Yes they hunt around Newbury and Basingstoke. The kennels are at Hannington - worth dropping in for a visit.
