Anyone going to Bramham Horse Trials this weekend? I planning on dragging the husband and the kiddies along on saturday, although it'll be lunchtime before I get there, as have to do Fat-Fighters club first!:D:rolleyes:
Am going to take a lovely picnic and then drag the kiddies round the cross country course!
Am really looking forward to it, haven't been in years!

Us too, we are not going till lunch time because OH insists on going to the gym in the morning, otherwise it would upset his traing routine

So I'll be busy making the picnic on Saturday morning :D

We are, weather permitting. I'm very excited about shopping :D

are you allowed in with your own food then? That might be an idea, although I reaaaally want a burger van burger.

It's going to be the usual hot one, so suncream & shades and yes you can take your own food in, most people set up their picnics on the slopes around the water complex but it can get a bit chokka.

As I'm having the lug the kiddies and all their usual stuff in, we're going to picnic out the back of the car before going in. Then will probably have room for chippies and ice cream (not at the same time I hasten to add!) later on!:D
Am rather looking forward to the shopping too, but it kind of defeats the object when I've got the husband trailing along, nagging about how much stuff costs!
Might use your idea Kenzo, and go togged up in winter clothes, then moan it's too hot and that I need summer Joules stuff!!:D

Yep, I am officially 'on holiday' now til tuesday as am off to Bramham fri, sat and sunday!! It's gonna be good weather too - yay!!!

And yes you can take as much food as you like so get your hampers, wine, pimms etc ready! Lol. Mind you on the saturday it can be a bit of a pig traipsing from the car park with everything.

I'm going on the Friday, but taking my mare to do the 5yo BYEH. I go to Bramham every year and it's my favourite event, and god knows I wish I was going just to spectate again this year!!
Hope it will be a nice day
