I would so love to go to have a look at this sale (not that I am in the market for another horse at the moment

) as I spent a few very enjoyable holidays at the Nolton Riding stables and I haven't been to a horse sale at Leominster for ages.

Its probably just as well that I sadly I have to work and can't go !

Its a reduction sale of horses, ponies & youngsters from the Riding Centre at Nolton Haven Pembs see http://www.noltonstables.com/localinfo.html
for details of some of them and yes its at the Brightwells site at Leominster. I would so love to go - but have to do a change over with our holiday cottage so it is sadly out of the question. Mind you its probably just as well as there is a dun youngster and I have a passion for a nice dun !!
The clinic at Tack Farm that I had mentioned in your posting re the fun ride was absolutely great and I would recomend Don (the instructor) as he was brilliant.

I am going, I also went to the farm to look/try some of the ponies and I have to say what lovely, genuine people and how good the ponies were. I hope not to many people go for my sake as I want to be able to buy one or two ! But for their sake I hope loads of people go

I'd have the common sense not to bid against the pony pie lady from the Forum, though

There are some nice animals there. Glad I'm going away this weekend - far too tempting.

Anyone got any ideas on the sort of prices they will fetch at the sale, do they get higher prices at brightwells?
