Anyone going to the Suffolk Punch sale?

Mike from the Holbeache Stud at Trimpley on the Worcs/Shropshire border is selling off some of his SP's at auction this Saturday from noon. I thought I'd have a wander along to see how much they go for (but MUST have hands firmly in pockets this time!) Any other HHO'ers going to be there?

No! because we will have just been paid and with all the will in the world last time i went to a sale i left with a pony!

Read it in the hereford times though, love SFs

I would love to go, have always wanted a Suffolk, we spend all this time and money trying to save exotic species, well this one is rarer than the giant panda, so anyone who can please get one and breed some more (this is one case where demand outstrips supply as SPs are apparently harder than average to get in foal).

As Im in NE Scotland I wont be able to go but if someone can just drop one in on the way past I have a lovely box waiting for one....

At the Suffolk Spectacular (held each Sept), I saw an amazing Suffolk x TB yearling, was very lucky for my bank balance that one wasnt for sale that day....
