anyone good at adverts when selling horses??

I am trying to sell my 16 year old warmblood gelding who doesn't hack alone & have priced him at what I thought was fair but not one enquiry. Can anyone assist me in making sure my advert is ok? Will pm it. My baby is due in two weeks and struggling :-(
