I hope someone horsy buys it and keeps it running as an equestrian venue. Surprised to see it for sale actually as the owner has done so much work to it and spent a fortune, he only recently put a gel surface on the main arena and he also had plans to build a state of the art indoor, he had planning permission and designs drawn up
