Hello, Was wondering if any one had 5 mins if I could PM you with an 'issue' with a new horse my friend has just bought. Don't really want to post publicly. Have rang the BHS legal helpline...who were most unhelpful so wondering if anyone on here could shed some light for me?..

I second the solicitor but also make sure all the parties involved talk face to face to make sure everyone is clear on everyone else's postion - no texting. e-mails etc that can get miss interpreted. And make sure your friend is clear on what she wants from the discussion (horse returned, cash refund etc.)

unfortunately the person lives approx 4.5hrs away.
