breeze blocks
We have some of those wire mesh cages, that you fill with rocks and stones, like they use for retaining walls next to motorways etc. Once filled, they are too heavy to pick up, but can be emptied again if you wanted to move them, and they still look nice. We thought they were a great idea!
How about this instead http://www.countrysupplies.com/item.asp?i=1513&name=Stirrup+Mount
Great idea, where do you get the metal cages from?!![]()
Ekk, maybe not milk crates then!!
Breeze blocks perhaps seem most stable, and easy to take with us when we move.
Would love a nice rustic log one, or a proper cemented brick one, one day when own my own house maybe!
The block needs to look like junk that no one wants randomly dumped on the drive. Had a recycling bin nicked (food waste one) which is why am not wanting to leave annything to nice on drive!![]()
