Anyone got any experience with Saddles Direct?

I am just wondering what experiences people have had, good/bad/the ugly?!

I've used them several times over the years and had great service from them - very helpful on the phone, very efficient and bought a saddle each time from them

Haha!! Thankyou spacefaer, I am very tempted to sell my saddle to them and get a new. It's 19" (got it with her) and pretty huge for me.

We have used them and found them to have an excellent service, I am looking to use them again in the new year.

we sold a saddle through them, and just as we were about to ask for it back (3 months I think) they sold it. Fair price and great service.

I tried selling a saddle with them fairly recently and their service was excellent. There is a significant difference between the price they sell your saddle for and the price you get - they do offer a good service so I don't begrudge them this at all - but it is worth knowing. Might be worth part-exing with your saddle fitter.
