Have been looking around for a heavey weight turnout. I have mainly Mark todd and weatherbeeta rugs, but i cant afford a heavey weight in either make

Kingshead are quite expensive but nice rugs.

Rhinegold are run of the mill rugs, medium price, nothing wrong with them from what I've heard.

Harlequin I've never heard of sorry.

I have a Rhinegold heavy weight detachable neck turnout - nothing wrong with it - reasonable quality and kept my boy warm. Size came up slightly bigger than other rugs.

I will have a look on that dite in te morning

ost likely going to get a Rhinegold unless i find something on that site, had a quick look and got some good prices on there

Rhinegold and Saxon were the only 2 [outdoor] rugs that my normally sensible mare was able to trash - so I wouldn't buy again.

I've got a heavyweight rhinegold with detachable neck - tbh I only used it a few times when my other rugs were saturated beyond belief! Its an ok rug but I don't like the fit much. I'd go to equestrian clearance and get something off of there seem to have some good deals if they have your size!

Rhinegold as a brand have some fantastic quality stuff, bridles etc. Never used their rugs though. Have you looked at Saxon? It's weatherbeeta's 'value' brand.

A friend bought a second hand Kingshead full neck for her (very) fine Tb a few years ago, still going strong and fits him well.

il 2nd the kingshead ones, they are very nice rugs and pretty durable. Took nearly 2years and a lot of wear for my neddy to finally destroy the LW one and he still has the HW
