I used to work for the Land Registry but I am pretty much out of touch these days. Most of the customer service staff in any of the offices are very helpful though - I don't think the decision as to whether one is registrable is dealt with by the troops, would have to go to a senior officer or even a lawyer to decide whether it is registrable. Best ring and ask the office dealing with your area if in doubt

I have printed the land registry details but am more looking for details as to how / where I can object to one being registered against me for fishing rights.

Blah - if people want fish why can't they go to Sainsbury's like everyone else
