Anyone had problems with horse shampoo company?

So i placed an order for some cheap shampoo etc

placed what i considered quite a good order, (47 items).
I waited for it to arrive with a kind of geeky excitment!
So it came, and it was all smashed open, box ripped etc, the driver didnt seem to give a dam but i made sure he recorded on the form that it was damaged and apparently his manager had noticed before it left the depo that it was damaged. the driver wouldnt wait for me to check the contents.
So before i opened it, i took some photos of how it arrived. I opened it to find that an item was missing. Also on the invoice, an item wasnt instock so obviously it hadnt been sent.
So i emailed the company, with the photos, and i havent had a reply

What i would like to know is, if other people have had items not in stock, have you been refunded for them - as i havent! Why they havent refunded me when they knew it wasnt in stock i dont know?

I know they will probably claim to be busy, and cant check their emails that often, but when i 1st enquired about and item, and the postage etc they were very quick to respond to my emails then. I just think its bad customer service to not even respond with some sort of reply, even if its a basic acknowledgment saying they'll look into it or something!
 
How did you pay? If you paid by credit card you can probably claim it back through the credit card company..... Trading standards springs to mind!

if so I had a really quick delivery from them, yes the box was battered but nothing was broken inside, infact I had a few extra bottles in there

My box came battered as well but nothing was smashed up, one item was leaking though.

The first order I placed one item (I had ordered 6 of them) didn't come but they sent me extra of other items.

The second order I placed I requested for it to be sent to my works address as I was on Holiday but when I got home I realised they had tried to deliver to my house and they had refunded my order minus the postage (the order was over £50 and I got refunded £12 as I had to pay the return postage

) I emailed twice but didn't get a reply. I then phoned on the Tuesday and my order was back with me on the Thursday.

Apart from those little problems I still love the stuff and would order from them again. The shampoo is especially nice, Charlie smells like a bounty chocolate bar

my box was battered aswell but i also got like 4 extra bottles that i didn't order i wonder if they aren't very good at packing the right things in the right boxes and are getting confused
 
I noticed on the website that is said it would be easier if products were ordered in 6's. I ordered 4 of most things and was sent 6, probably easier for them and saves them opening the boxes, adding more padding etc.
 
O, my hoof oil doesnt look right at all, but i havent mentioned that to them as at the price, i'm not going to complain its the fact they havent sent me the full order, and yet have not refunded me for what wasnt sent!
I also ordered stuff mostly in 6's to make it easier for them. Maybe i should have only ordered 4!
Still no reply via email, i'll give them until tomorrow....
