Anyone had their PE sale items yet?

I ordered from the Premier Equine 'Black Friday' sale. I knew PE had a reputation for quick delivery so did expect that but accepted it when later on the website showed that delivery would take 10-14 working days (which still have yet to expire - fair enough)

the original sale had items out of stock not due in till 11th Dec so I avoided these purposely but it looks like it will be at least that by the time the goods arrive (my order has been stuck on 'processing' for days)

Sooo just wondering of anyone has had their items yet? I'm beginning to worry that PE have sold items they don't have and whether that will result in delays of proportions seen with certain other rug retailers who will remain nameless lol
 
Yep got everything last Wednesday. Know there are some people who were lucky like me and others who are still waiting. Think PE have been very open with their delivery times. Assume they are awaiting stock to put every order into one rather than sending out 2 or 3 deliveries to each person which would be an enormous cost to them.

I did deliberately avoid out of stock items which is why I am wondering whether the longer waiting times co-incidently aligns with their next stock delivery

On the plus side I am pleased with the prices and am sure I will be thrilled with the rugs :)
 
Nope - I ordered my stuff last Monday. It does say 10-14 working days for delivery - so I've still got until next Thurs to wait until I'm allowed to be annoyed!

I ordered an in-stock waterproof exercise sheet (I only have a fleece one atm!). Good thing my yard have an indoor school lol.
 
just give them a ring and ask :) i did and found out they were waiting for 1 of my items to come in stock i wasnt bothered just wandered where it was! The whole order arrived yesterday although sadly they sent me the wrong size so today i received the correct size and they took away the wrong pair! customer service at PE is very good :)
 
Haven't ordered from this sale but I LOVE all my PE stuff, the quality is well worth a bit of a wait, and their customer service is great, really helpful if you phone them. I'm sure they'll be getting orders out as fast as they can. (No I don't work for them I'm just a satisfied repeat customer 😄)
 
Nope, mine was dispatched on Friday 5th December (ordered Friday 28th Nov) using express 24 hour... its now 4 days later and I have nothing and my tracking just says "..." which is useful...
 
Still waiting for mine but I have received a dispatch email today so hopefully will have my new goodies soon! They've always been so fast on delivery before so I haven't minded waiting the extra time as their sale must have been crazy.

Bought the Magnetic wraps as my ones are just about to die!

They were IN STOCK so of course I am slightly baffled by PE not getting the orders out in a timely manner

If they thought for one daft second that not many people would take advantage of their Wonderful 40% black friday sale then they were misinformed!

I would have thought that they would have got in extra staff to deal with the massive orders.

Not worried but getting fed up of the daily emails saying delays! I need my magnet wraps as big pony has broken a strap or rather the groom again failed to do it up properly so came off!

Waiting patiently at the moment but would love my postman to bring me my order!!!!

Getting in more staff to deal with stock sold at heavy discount would not be a wise business decision. In stock or not sheer volume increase will slow the whole process, i know its hard when your desperately waiting for exciting parcels to arrive!
 
Cheeky gits have just emailed asking me to review my purchases when they have not yet arrived. Angry and sarcastic mode engaged...
 
The last few times i have ordered from them the delivery has been poor. Not from their side, but I think from Parcel Force. You get an email from Parcel Force saying your parcel has been despatched on Parcel 24 (24 hours) but they don't actually pick it up from PE for 2 or 3 days and then it is a couple of days for delivery. Very poor from Parcel Force. i have emailed PE about it as their delivery has always been very good before. I think they need to re-evaluate their delivery partners.
 
Yes got mine after a couple of days of ordering and a phone call to say that an item was out of stock (that and another was swapped for me and it arrived the next day. They are emailing to let people know of the delays to be fair to them. Never had an issue with their service :D
