Anyone had their PE sale items yet?

Had a text saying parcel force will deliver today. Still waiting, but give them benefit of the doubt as there is still time! Although, I have had an email asing to leave feedback for my items
 
One of the parcels arrived today! not the one they said would arrive first but I'm not complaining!!

The Parcelforce chap said they were working flat out to get everyone their parcels
 
I got the text today to say it would be delivered today. Nothing yet and my brother has been in all day. :/ checked parcel force with tracking number and it still says out for delivery???

I ordered 2 things in stock but will patiently wait. :)

I also ordered stuff from Naylors on the same day as the PE stuff, that arrived Monday last week (using standard delivery) :D
 
Mine came this morning! Excited to try it on, though expect it to be slightly snug as her actual rug size had sold out but I couldn't resist the offer and bought one size down... we shall see!
 
My friend got her order (ordered fri morning) I got my order that I ordered fri afternoon although I got the wrong rug and they are sorting it out ASAP for me , I'm still waiting on something else I ordered on the Monday but I'm not worried yet as there prices were that good I don't mind the extra wait and I suspect they would have been extremely busy
 
I ordered a new rug liner yesterday (not in sale) and got an email straight away saying there's a delay on dispatching orders due to Black Friday backlog, so it might take a few more days than normal. I could do with it in next day or two so not brilliant but as least I know about it and don't have much choice as I can't get them anywhere else!
 
Just resurrecting this, but still not had my items & now their website says they are 7 working days behind so won't get them till well into the New Year. Not all that happy now really as they quoted 7-14 days initially...
 
Finally got parcel force dispatch confirmation today so will see if arrives. Ordered on the Sunday of Black Friday weekend. Not impressed at all.
 
I've now had both my parcels, two lots of pony rugs so perhaps not as in demand as the horse sizes. My boss is still waiting for her order

Apparently they had 10,000 orders that weekend!
 
I know why they had the sale but it's a stupid time of year for it! Pushes the carriers to the limits (even Amazon this year didn't have enough carrier service provision and stopped offering next day delivery for a while) and even the good ones struggle to cope.
 
Mine is still showing as processing, far from impressed as 14 working days is tomorrow. If they are now adding another 7 working days it will be well into the new year, meaning they have had my money for a month. I am going to ring them tomorrow, not on at all
 
Really unimpressed.... I ordered on 1st Dec and my order is still showing as processing. However I did get a text from Parcelforce this morning saying they would deliver today, however they have not shown up yet &their tracking info doesn't give anything further than the fact that it left their depot this morning! It isn't PE's fault that Parcelforce are a no show, but I cant understand why it has taken so long to process items that are in stock. I shall be mightily fed up if I have to go out Xmas shopping after all when I thought I had finished on 1st December!
 
I ordered on the 29 nov and received mine this Tuesday 16 December I had a email from parcel force saying out for delivery last Friday but it was late Tuesday when they arrived. Hope that helps anyone.x
 
I ordered on 28th Nov. got email saying order would be despatched express 24 on 16th Dec. no parcel to date but phoned parcel farce who told me it was still in PE warehouse so phoned PE who explained that the email is automatically generated and sent when the labels are printed in the office. Labels are then sent to warehouse and then PF collect & deliver. Due to the success of the sale they are behind and obviously Xmas rush with extra parcels for PF to deliver don't help.

I'm not worried. I've used them for years. You can't expect to get discounts like they've offered and not have to wait.

PE are excellent and their customer services is 2nd to none. Along with their products which is probably what makes them that popular everyone wants a slice of the discount.
 
I got my delivery yesterday, a week after "Parcel Farce 24" collected it from PEI. I know its their busiest time of year, but a week is pants. I was emailed a tracking link which told me nothing of use. I wish PEI would drop Parcel Farce and use a better courier.
 
I rang on Friday & they said they are working all weekend processing orders, but it is unlikely I will get mine before Christmas. I accept they have been busy but what I dislike is that my debit card was charged on the 1st December & I still haven't got my order, multiply that by several 00000 & its quite a nice earner. I doubt we will get our orders until well into the new year.
 
Ordered mine one Black Friday-still no sign only emails saying they are behind and displaying new sale offers! I know it's busy and I do love their stuff, but they knew they were having this sale and Christmas isn't a surprise every year so really think they should have planned better, plus they still charge for delivery at a fiver and waiting weeks on end isn't really fair.
