I like the look of this saddle but there seems to be a big split between treed and treeless saddles, I've rode in both and I'm not bothered between the two but it is paramount it is going to be comfortable for my horse who is a Norwegian Fjord so a typical low withered flat backed round type.

I've got the Cherokee - had the Cheyenne before that and loved them both, my mare goes much better in treeless than with a saddle with a tree - she has much 'bigger' movement. I also find it more comfortable! Wouldn't go back to a tree with her, although I may feel differently with another horse.

I have had mine for around a year now and love it. My horse is also quite flat backed and i find he goes a lot better in it. it also helps as he changes shape easily with winter/summer and what workload hes in and ive never had to worry. the only time ive found the saddle to slip was when i was in a 40x20 school in canter, bearing in mind my lad isnt the most balanced anyway it didnt do too bad.

I've had one for a couple of years now, Hudson changes shape with the seasons and it always fit's him well, never had a problem.

Ditto that. I wouldn't have one if I did a lot of jumping or fast work but for plodding around the field it does fine.

Well I ordered the Cheyenne last week and it came 2 days later, tried it for the first time yesterday and so far so good. Its quite comfy and pony never objected so it could be the saddle for us!
