My friends Czech WB is rather hot headed but is a b*oody good jumper! He jumped over 2m in Czech, he also moves V nicely and you would get an amazing dressage test out of him.
Lord has a very much "can do" attitude as long as you are there to support him in new situations and he is quick to learn (so must be on top of any unwanted behaviours!), he is spooky but that's to be expected of a green 4yo. He is still growing at 4 and starting to "chunk" out now
Edited to add; Lordie also LOVES to be cuddled and will follow you around the field all day long.
I have a Belgium Warmblood - hanno & tb lines... Not the usual sort of flighty spooky WB. Very workman like, loves to be doing stuff but easily bored when not in work. I find they are cheeky with big personalities and although they take time to get to know you, once the bond is there its very strong.
I have a dutch warmblood, amazing paces and jump, got an attitude though. That said, it can work to her advantage and I dont think its warmbloods, just her hehe
I had a czech WB by DAF Ondras (dark horse in my sig) he was kind of daft he was the most beautiful horse I have ever seen and was a lovely chocolate colour unfortunately he didn't like dressage much so I sold him had loads of fun doing other stuff for the time I had him though.
My MAX Bavarian Warmblood, carrying more weight than this now
not a flashy lightweight WB very workman like me thinks
Very honest and genuine, will try his best in everything you ask of him, but can be quirky at times, and to quote his dentist can be very "bloody minded"
Hey i have a 16.1 chesnut mare czech warmblood which was imported 3 years ago,she is super in every way with a superb jump and a real pleasure to own a freind imported around 15 horses from there all of which had superb manners, hope that helps ps they dont feel the cold and cope with the english weather very well
