Just wondering if anyone got any of the horsey stuff at aldi today?

I got 2 pairs of jodhpurs (All of mine seem to have holes in the crotch at them moment!)
2 polo shirts
some of the magic gloves
high viz gilet
2 pairs of thermal underwear
and 3 pairs of socks

I also managed to find some of the horsey stuff from last time in the sale bit so I got another pair of gloves, another pair of the cream jodhpurs and another polo shirt :)

did anyone else get anything?
 
My Jods end up with holes in the crotch too...Ive been told using fabric conditioner is the issue??

Anyhow lol...not going to get to Aldi til Tuesday...hoping they havent sold out!!!
 
I've been using fabric conditioner too, is that where I am going wrong?!

It's been happening on all my jodhpurs not just my cheap ones! but to be fair some of them are about 7 years old now.

I hope you get what you want!
 
I couldn't decide between pink or yellow either! Which did you get?
I got a gilet, two pairs of jodhpurs and.some thermals :)
Its like Christmas!

Didn't see any gloves :/
 
Jodhs are too big :( really wanted black ones so tried the 12 but too big. They only had one pair of navy in 10 so hoping they're still there when I go back! Also got the thermal stuff as I'm always feeling it cold.
 
Heads up for the thermals- I'd perhaps by a size up! I'm an 8 usually and have got the small 8-10 and they're just a bit squeezy.
 
Def recommend the go up in thermals I'm a 12 and the med are snug!

I got 2 sets each of socks and gloves. The socks feel really nice, hope they hold up well to washing. Didn't get the thermals as I remember them being cheaper in Primark
 
I bought a pair of the black & grey jods & the polo shirt , fit well and seem good quality
but my favourite buy was my riding socks

I loved the socks but didnt get them as dont need any ahah! wish I got them now though! also got the navy jods which fit perfect and polo shirt which is a bit short in the body but still really nice!
 
Thermals, funky socks as pictured above, two pairs of jods , grey polo and grabbed a new pair of waterproof cycling pants, great for doing jobs/riding in rain. Although for the time being they'll be waterproof wheelchair wear! Oo got the hat, which makes me look a bit like a gnome but I don't care its warm!
 
3 pairs of jods, 2 x black/grey and 1 x navy, gorgeous fit the lot of them. A yellow reversible gilet, the medium was too snug in pink and they only went up to medium so got a yellow large and it's roomy. Love the fact that the inside pockets are zipped for phone. A beanie hat, a snood and two pairs of gloves. Also got a sack barrow, at £19.99 it would have been rude not to. We can now move our haylage bales around at will.
 
Got the black jods and the socks! Told the girls down the yard and they're on their way down first thing tomorrow . Can't wait to try my jods on
 
I already had the yellow gilet from last year, so went along to get one in pink... but by 1pm, they'd already sold out of pink in medium and only had small left. Tried it on, but it was too snug over a fleece :(

So I ended up buying a pink cycling jacket instead...
 
Got some jods, socks and one (grey) polo shirt, but there was very little of anything in the large size (I like loose and baggy), so I was very disappointed. The gilets looked not very long? I did however spend a FORTUNE on other stuff, mainly fruit, and got 2 more cans of the spray on waterproofer, does a good job on rugs.
 
I got the pink gilet, I think it's excellent, I also got thermal waterproof trousers too, they are really nice. Sadly I bought the wrong size riding thermals, they are too small. I also got some flashing armbands and little flashing cycling lights which are very useful. Shame one of the armbands doesn't work!
 
My thermals are small too :( I got medium thinking they'd be bigger as I'msize 10 but they're quite short in the sleeves
Love the gilet! It will be so useful having pockets.
 
Me! I got:

2 pairs of winter riding socks
1 set of thermals
1 pair of waterproof gloves

plus I got a fleece hat for daughter, some comfy gel insoles and...erm...some mudguards. Tried to persuade the OH that we need a panini maker but he was having none of it! Easy to get carried away and come out with armfuls of stuff you don't need.

Also, our Aldi has apparently declared Christmas! The place was bursting with all things festive.
 
Re: holes in jodhs. Fabric conditioner may well be the problem. Don't use it on anything stretchy - it is not good for it. I don't use any at all at home. Maybe give it a go, you might be surprised and find you don't actually need it.
 
FOUR yes FOUR pairs of jods - lets just say that my current supply of Gallop jods are fit for the bin after a very short time... and a yellow gillet.
 
Brought a yellow hi-viz last year and loved it - soo glad they're back in so brought another one :) - and a polo shirt - can't justify more jods and socks although they are great value :)
