When Vincenzo comes home I am going to get him a Tuffie, even though his Dad says he doesnt like beds lol (am I buying the bed more for me or him? lol)

Has anyone got a Tuffie? I'd like a superhardwearing bed that I can use for indoors or outdoors and something that will withstand the chew force of my two little pocket terrorists!!

Yeah aren't they fab looking - Im thinking of the nest, as my two currently love to hide in dark places lol and Vincenzo can jump in there with them. LOL hopefully not ON them, or they'll be squished!
 
I am seriously considering one now!! For the spangle..... ;)

To be fair, she does need a new bed, her current one is 3rd-hand and is looking rather beaten up now (and I really want to see if I can get in it meerkat style!)

Now...where is OH's credit card... :D
 
I've got Tuffies for my lot. Just the basic, washable ones. They're great, you can brush the hair and mud off and then just hose them. Dry really quickly too. I would have said they were indestructible until Evie came along, had ours for several years but she has managed to chew a couple of corners, bless her!

ETS, have I missed an update on Vinny, are you definitely having him Kitty ?:)
 
Heyy!!

Well bang on cue, his owners 4th child came along, so things have been quiet the past week. I am hoping to go see him Sunday, which a view to bringing him straight home!! Think Im going to take a few days off, to help him settle and to watch with a beady eye what goes on between them.

From what he's said, I cant see any problem, but dogs are dogs and you never really know what goes on in their heads!
 
Gawd, 4 children, I think I would keep the dog and get rid of a child or two.:p Fingers crossed everything goes well on Sunday, will be watching anxiously for an update.:)
 
I had a Tuffie for my Dobie - it was brilliant, but didnt last long .... not because she chewed it, but she digs a lot before she settles down, and she dug her way through the tough cover, then pulled all the stuffing out! :(
 
I wanted a Tuffie for Herman, but he doesn't 'do' beds - infuriating creature digs them out of the way so he can sleep on the floor :rolleyes: so OH has banned me from spending that much money on something for him that he'll never use and will probably end up being used as a bean bag.... (Actually....)

Anyway, is it today you're going to see him Kitsune? Masses and masses of good luck vibes on their way!
