Wondering what they are like if anyone has a pair. Eg: how waterproof are they, do the laces allow for a tighter calf fit for riding and how is the velcro closure holding up?
Anyone have Dublin Pinnacle boots?

Mine leaked after one winter. I still use them sometimes in dry weather, but favour my grasmeres all year round, as the Pinnacles don't have the support my feet need.

I found then really uncomfortable after the ankles started to sag, they never stayed done up at the top and they leaked after about 4 months. I wish I had returned them.

I've had mine a year and they are holding up reasonably well, but I only wear them once or twice a week on hacking days. Although on those days they take a fair bit of abuse (urine, mud, multiple hosings-off etc) and I really don't look after them well. By which I mean I don't look after them at all!

I've had mine for about 4 years. I only use them for riding - all other jobs done in wellies. They are holding up well - no problems with the velcro - still sticky.I never bother adjusting the laces, but makes sense you could if need be. I occasionally clean them with saddle soap so they look more like normal leather than the original finish. I'd be more than happy to get another pair when they wear out.
