This is so low. I have my boys ashes and often talk to him, I would hate to feel he had ended up that way.

OMG, this is awful.
I'm wondering about what happened to my old boy now, coz the box I got back for his ashes wasn't any bigger than the one shown in the picture....... when he was PTS he was taken away by a local company for cremation (but not the one mentioned here, one in South Devon area) and the explanation was that this was what they did for everyone basically as otherwise there'd be a huge box for people to deal with which not everyone is able to cope with. So yes, his remains were in a small container.
This was in 2005. Gosh, but I'm wondering now whether it was actually him I got back.

OMG it is yet more cases. Although I personally wouldn't want any ashes back I do feel terribly sorry for those involved. BTW Bushy don't use Coopers anymore - I wonder why? Despicable money grabbing man.

The 2 horses I had cremated were in large caskets and they are very heavy. That's disgraceful and very distressing for the owners
