We're seriously considering moving jobs and relocating close to Kinsale. So, if anyone can give me info on decent local livery yards, instructors, competition scene, farriers and trimmers, vets etc I'd be very interested

I'm not "close" to Kinsale per se, but I'm in that general area of Co Cork, and have just bought a horse so I'm finding out the prices of everything as we go! Have PMed you!

Expensive, expensive and more expensive. Everything will be twice the price you are used to. Dont expect an all-singing all dancing livery yard. If you want to go hunting dont try it on a TB, you would need something with a bit of substance.
