I'd really like to get one of mine freezemarked, like the other 2 already are.

When I enquired last year with the 2 companies I know of that do it, they both said they wouldn't travel to do just one horse.

Has anyone got a freezemarking session going on soon that I could bring my girl to, or would be interested if I set one up?

try adding in southeast riders and also tack room frolics your probley get better responce from there as they are both southeast based forums

where abouts are you and how far would you be willing to travel? I would like my horse done in light of recent events at my current yard but I am moving in just over a weeks time so would want to leave it until the new year to allow time for horses to settle in a bit first, plus christmas coming up next month unless I can persuade someone to buy me that as a prezzie lol. I will also ask my friend as we have 3 horses between us so if you are close enough it may be a viable option for you to come along to us for it.

spike123 - thanks, I'll PM you.

Wind: I had my Shettie done years ago. He was blue roan in those days, so had the mark done on his back, but it didn't show up that well against his coat.

Farmkey redid him, this time on his shoulder, left the freeze thing against his skin longer so it killed off all the follicles. His mark is now bald, rather than white.

Now he's totally white (grey) so I have to keep the area clipped otherwise you can't see it.

They wouldn't do it on his back for that reason (bald bits would be uncomfortable under saddle.)
