Anyone in Surrey?

Hi, does anyone know of/have any experience of renting equestrian property in Surrey?
We have 2 horses in livery and 2 others at grass and are generally just a bit fed up of constant little things not being done, and then excuses being given as to why.

So... thinking of biting the bullet and renting/buying somewhere. I work full time so would need to employ someone to help but only have 2 in work so wouldnt be a full time job - does this sound feasible? Also any idea of how much to pay someone?
Or is anyone else in Surrey in a similar position and would like to share facilities and a groom? We mostly event with a bit of dressage/hunting on the side!

Sorry if this is a bit waffly but not really sure where to start!!

whereabouts in Surrey? I've got 2 at grass and an eventer who also does a bit of hunting/dressage and hate being on livery!

I rent stables and accommodation on a yard in Surrey. We didn't actively look for this set up but took an opportunity when it was given. Places do come up but they go quickly so if you see something grab it.

We're based around Cobham at present, but have had them out past Guildford previously so not too fussed on location but need to be able to get to work in Cobham easily. Where are you based Star?

I work in Farnham and live in West End so currently have them dotted around Normandy - bout halfway between.
