Also in Warwickshire but no use as my only experience of local dealers was phoning about a couple of horses, asking a few basic questions and running for the hills.

I'm sure there are some good ones though. It does seem though if you see a perfect horse for you advertised it will be with a dealer because the know just what people are looking for and see them coming.

My 3 current horses have all come from dealers of a type in Warwickshire. I have had them seven and a half years, six years and three months. When I was looking for a cob previously I visited 3 dealers and made contact with another, but chose to make that sale privately in the end. Feel free to ask me about my experiences, but they only mine, and I'm sure others will have had different.
