Ive now found out what dates Im free to do, and thought we could have a vote about what weekend would be best.

In Yorkshire section board theres a poll for location, last time I looked, most people wanted to go to Escrick park, but anyone else wanting to vote, go for it http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=616405

Any for me apart from the bank hol weekend in august, or the 7-8 sept.

I won't actually be riding, but am willing to man a tea/cakes table if there is one (or set one up?) and dogsit well behaved tied up dogs. I'll be horrendously fat and pregnant at the time too, so I can't promise how many cakes will be left!

Don't think I can change a poll once I've made it can I? Thinking it would have been better to make it multichoice so people pick all their possible Choices and pick the one with most from that? Might have to redo it later lol

I think Im going to have to leave the poll as it is Cant edit it and cant edit my post in a different thread that sends people to this one, don't want to get too confusing :S

So, just let me know what dates you can do guys and Ill try do a spreadsheet or something to work out what the best date is

Can't see the poll as on my phone but just been looking on the Escrick website and there is a motorcycle rally on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of August. Not sure if you had factored that in or not

I haven't looked at what their doing when *blush* I should find that out!

I hadn't put that weekend in as Im away, the dates are the last 2 weekends in August and the first 3 weekends in September. Hopefully theres nothing on those dates

Ah, wait, I forgot my leaflet,,, there is a sponsored ride there on the 15th September, but theres still the 14th as long as their open that day

Nothing else down in their calendar! As a farmers wife I can do as I please in August and September! Only day I can't do is Saturday 31st of August but will do poll when on a pc.

Ok, so:
Not bank holiday weekend which I believe is the 24th/25th?
Not 31st August
Not 7th/8th September
Not 15th September

So we've got Sunday 1st Sept
Saturday 14th Sept if its not closed to get ready for their sponsored ride
or 21/22 September
