It says it's lecture videos so assume you can download and watch any time. I don't think there is anything you have to watch and do in real time.

Ah glad someone is doing other courses!! I was interested in doing another course, is it okay even though all the other courses are american? and at the end can they send you the certificate as normal and do you have to pay for the postage?
