Hope this isn't advertising... well don't reckon it is as we're not getting any money or offering any I'm afraid...

We are struggling to get our horses out and about over the winter so wondered if there is anyone interested in helping us with them, possibility of reduced livery at our yard for own horse depending on the person and how much riding they can help with.... no costs involved other than getting to us!!
Also competing is a possibility for the right person... We are Between Easingwold and Thirsk, North Yorkshire

We have the following...

16hh 4yo Sport horse just broken, very sharp but nice person therefore needs very kind but confident rider!!

16hh 4yo Warmblood stallion just broken... my baby so I might just keep him for myself!

17hh 13yo Novice eventer, cheeky sod who is a tricky ride and strong, but awsome XC!!

17.2hh 4yo Broken in last year lame at mo but should be back in work after xmas.

Also possibility of quietly hacking out a 16.2 12yo in foal broodmare once her foal from this year is weaned!

If anyone is interested please PM me. We want someone confident and experienced so no novices please, must have own personal accident insurance and must be reliable!

I have tried putting my eventer out on loan already and been let down by 3 diferent people over the last 2 years... 2 said very keen wanting to come to see him arranged dates, changed dates.... then decided to not bother contacting me after dates got changed a number of times... then the 3rd actually got here tried him, said yes definitely wanted him then changed mind after I had paid all his BE registration..GRRR so I am keen for him to compete again next year, either with me or someone else if they can ride him well enough!!

I am nearish to you, but have trouble enough riding my own with working (he only gets out at weekends) as I have no facilities

Good luck though, I am sure you will find someone - how about putting an add in the feed shop? or asking in the local pub - sold my first pony over the bar (not literally - I was far too young to be behind a bar

Im too far away as well. I'd love to ride your horsies but there again I've just sold a horse who loved bucking (only in canter & in company) so I think yours might be too much for me.

How about a note up in Rideaway?

Or I could put one up at R & R for you?

I put one in Rideaway last week, was also going to put one up in Farmway Thirsk!

What & where is R&R?

R&R is a saddlers just off the A19 (up near us but a bit further toward selby) About same size as Rideaway. Or maybe a little bigger actually. Plus they have a 20% off everything weekend this weekend.
