Anyone interested in mobile hay feeder? Found this on ebay!

thought this was a good idea if you have lots of horses out. Too big and far away from me unfortunately but thought it might be useful for someone....

Seems a good idea ...quite expensive but if it holds large bales that could prove cost effective.

i dont however like the look of it. I am pretty sure it was the same seller who had another similar a few weeks back, but was more rectangular. The thing i dont like is that i have youngsters, and i would fear they would rear up and impail themselves on it.

I wouldn't fancy putting that out with my lot, i'm afraid.

That's what I thought too. Just too much of a risk.

Oh no, I wouldn't put that in with mine. Far too great a risk of injury by the looks of it.

Yes I did think that too with the uprights - it was probably made for cows as they are a bit more sedate than horses but I think a good idea in principal perhaps just needs the uprights taken off. There is so a place in the market for something to be made as a mobile horse feeder.....
