No, I don't know much about blood testing, but you asked the one question I do know. The normal ranges differ from lab to lab and you need to ask that lab what its normal ranges are. Are you sure its not on the test, like after each value in paragraphs? I've seen it there before. Either the vet or the lab or both should be able to help.

Last year when my mare had bloods ran the vet wrote on the results sheet the normal ranges that were used so we could use them as a comparison and so I could understand her results better.
My advice would be to talk to your vet and they will advise you the best. x
