At some point i'm going to be looking to buy a horse that i can do a little bit of everything with and have fun on. I also want said horse to be extremely safe so that my novice partner can ride it.

I have been looking at some dealers websites and the ones who supposedly specialise in safe horses look good. I know some of them have bad reputations so i want to be careful.

Has anyone had dealings or know of a trustworthy dealer that specialises in safe horses?

Thanks

What sort of budget do you have and what sort of age and height are you after?

I think dealers are like countries, the more their title tries to tell you about how good it is, the less you should believe it.....:p eg the Peoples Democratic republic of X usually has no democracy and isnt run for the people!

So all the very descriptive and frequently changing names of dealers might be best to avoid.......!
