Anyone know anything about my horse?

I've been trying to find out about my horse's history, particularly when he was racing/in training. He's Purbeck Minstrel, chestnut TB born 1987 at Sandley Stud in Dorset. Trained by H Parrott and owned by H V Perry. His sire is Lepanto, I can't find out much about him either. If anyone knows anything about my boy, or knows any of his previous connections, I'd love to know.

go to www.pedigreequery.com and put in your horses name/sires name or dam name and you will get your horses whole history right back to the founding TB sires (burley turk etc).

Its great, you will find some famous horses in your horses pedigree im sure. Interesting Lepanto (GER) is my TB's dam sire and im sure you'll be impressed to hear his dam sire was prince chevalier who won nearly 4 million french francs and is one of france's greatest racehorses, he was also the grandsire to desert orchid!

If you google the dam and sire names in your horses pedigree you can find out all about them, there are even some pictures of the horses on this website too.

I spent hours on it and was very impressed with my horses pedigree on both sides (shes by bobs return). I can now forgive her for some of her 'blonde' moments knowing the blood of champions runs through her veins!

Cheer's guys, I'd seen his pedigree and the stuff on racing post. Hadn't seen the irish site though, so didn't know he was trained by that person. Just trying to find out what he was like and would love it if I could find someone with photos of him. Thanks for looking though! =o)
