Anyone know of any livery yards in/near Ockbrook, Derby?

Question in title....would prefer Ockbrook, but in that vague region would be ok...usuals like the Hollies, Spondon are full...
Needs to have a school and be part livery/assisted DIY...

Draycott House had some spaces recently as they've built a new stable block - that's just up the road from Ockbrook.
