Anyone know of any Secret Gems of Livey Yards Ascot area?

I wonder if anyone can help, as much as I try to deny it I am going to have to move yards due to lack of facilites, I can't cope without a school anymore

I am of course looking for the impossible of all year turnout, floodlit school and reasonable hacking, I know of the obvious places in the area but wondered if anyone knows of a nice smaller yard that may not be common knowledge.

Would consider anywhere within around 20 mins of Ascot.

I would prefer DIY but for the right yard would consider part livery.

Would be grateful for any suggestions

Whitelocks, Brookfield, Little Barn, Lyfords meadow. Don't know any of them very well but I think they all have all year turnout and floodlit arena's and sorry I think they fall into the obvious ones

be careful though as a few yards round here have strangles atm.

Actually Lyfords has bad hacking unless you went for two hour hacks and then you could get into the great park, but there is ascot paddocks as well.

im at ascot paddocks on diy. school is decent although has been a little hard recently thanks to the weather, lunge arena and horsewalker, and 2 mins from the entrance to the forest you can go through into the park. turnout is ok, mudbath at the mo tbh but at least its year round we just put out some hay!! pm me if you want more details
