I have a small yard in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. I have my old retired mare here and a 3 year old gelding. I'm considering sub-letting 3 stables, to share our grazing (or use of a small paddock) own tack/feed room and plenty of peace and quiet! If you're interested then please PM me!

Mowgli - thank you - that sounds a lovely idea, but I am looking for something a bit more commercial I think (I know I said big or small but thinking about it I mean 'medium' lol). I have three horses myself so would fill the stables & not make any cash. lol

Not in your 1st choice area but there was a yard with house and minimum 5 acres (more available), sorry can't remember how many boxes to rent in 'Huddersfield Examiner' last weekend.
By the way, surely Doncaster is *South* Yorks?
