...grazing available near Hook Norton, Oxfordshire?

We moved to our rented cottage in Sibford a few weeks ago and upon putting my ponies in the paddock (as was discussed beforehand), I was informed that they could only use part of the paddock...

Now, as the field has been ignored for at least 2 years, the grass was well and truly 'dead' and when eaten by my boys just comes up by the roots!

They have almost finished eating their 'allocated area' and with all the rain it's resembling a mud bath.

I'm going to look at a local diy yard tomorrow but would prefer a field with a shelter somewhere to be honest. I've never had my ponies on a livery yard, and whilst I'm sure there is nothing wrong with keeping them at livery, one is a youngster so doesn't require a stable, and they're both Mountain ponies so given a field and a shelter should cope fine...!!

Sorry for the rambling - thought it might help to give a little background info.

Thanks in advance, x
