Anyone Know this Dealer?

I would say make sure she gets it vetted with bloods - if the dealer is worried about this then walk away.

the name isn't familiar - but just the way the ad is written would be enough to make me walk away, I'm afraid

Edited to add - I googled the mobile no (I always do this with ads) and they have had smaller horses for sale too, which makes the tale of the RS getting rid of the big horses a bit suspect

I know not everyone is brilliant at spelling but if this person really does run a riding school then why can't she spell it?

What dreadful spelling, but that does not reflect on the horse. He is a nice looking horse but I don't believe a good heavyweight in a riding school would be sold and if it would, would probably not need be sold over the internet as there would probably be no need to advertise at all!! I would just say be very cautious.

I do like the look of him though - he's a handsome chap.

The dealer I got Adrian from couldn't even spell his name (Corrigan II) & after several attempts we had to find the correct spelling from looking up his bsja number, but it doesn't stop him from being a cracking horse!

Mmmm. Most riding schools I know are after weight carrying cobs, they are worth their weight in gold. In todays society a lot of people are overweight, including children so a horse like that will be in demand at a riding school. He may be genuine but as Donkeymad says - treat with caution!

I agree, i work at a riding school and we never have enough big horses, we get alot of heavy weight riders and large men. Even small riders like to ride the big horses anyway!

Ditto. There are a few dealers in Essex who apparently have different names, but all the adverts are very similar and the spelling is appalling. The horse looks lovely, but tell your friend to take every precaution.
