Anyone know where to buy bungee lorry tie up thingy??

Used to have a fab thick elasticated rope with clips on both ends to clip neddy up in the lorry that was loads better than tying him up with a normal rope and was really easy to clip and unclip. Unfortunatley it has disintergrated (although I have suspicions that it was chewed by someone bored on a journey in the back????)
Now I need a new one but cant find any at the local saddlers and it doesnt help that I dont really know what they're called. I got the last one from a shopping trip at Badminton. Can anyone help??
 
I had one which bought to stop people walking off with my lead rope, this worked until one of the other horses chewed it up [I used to leave it tied to a ring], but I never like the elasic idea, would rather have chain covered in elastic or rope, elastic could in theory, fly back in to th e face of you or the horse
