I LOVE plushies and was thinking about asking for one of Ned for my birthday (I thought Xmas wouldn't be enough time)

It might be worth having a look on DeviantArt to find someone who makes plushies you like and see if they do commissions.

Do you know anyone who knits or crochets? There are some really cute horse patterns on Ravelry that could easily be personalised.

My sharers daughter makes personalised crochet beasties. If you search facebook for 'Tally's Creations' and look under her 'Make' album the first pic is of a replica of my horse she made for her mum. It even has little white bits on her leg where my mare has a scar & white hair. Its soooo cute!!!
