He's really not my cup of tea but I'm not a fan of Freisan's in general and I see black horse's as little dust magnets, they are so difficult to keep shiny in my experience!

I always thought Freisan's were rounghly 15.2 to 16hh so at 16.1 he is surely big for the breed?
 
He seems to have a few conformational weaknesses such as a fairly dipped back, long hind cannons and an overly sloping hind1/4.
I think he's a stunning horse but he's not technically that correct- in my opinion!!

i agree with blackhorses also to the height The Friesian's average height is about 15.3 hands ,although it may vary from 14.2 to 17 hands
the sig picture in black horses is i think is weasel a uk friesian stallion
my mares next husband !!!!
