I have a horse who i decided after 4 years was really a bit much for me at that time and a bit wasted with me- I used him only to hack/nanny my daughter on her pony out. Due to the fact he's not 100% easy i sent him to a TB rehoming place where they schooled him and were doing very well but he got injured and had to have a long time off.
Recently its been all a bit up in the air the girls who ran the place's circumstances have changed and as a result he's homeless as of 2 weeks time.
I'm not in the position to have him back time, money or tbh confidence wise. I am currently trying to find him grazing locally where he will live out on holiday until i can secure his future.

He's 15.2 TB ex racer Bay and 10 years old. Now good to catch, clip, box shoe etc although he did used to have issues with all these and it took me a long while to get over them so chances are he might temporarily revert with the stress of moving, He will settle fairly quickly though.
He used to live out with geldings which was ok but he suffers separation anxiety and the TB place have found he's very much easier to handle/ride etc if he lives without horses preferably with another animal (currently sheep) He loves flat work and with the right rider (calm and quiet) is very good at it- also been jumping coloured and natural poles and seems to enjoy this too. Hacks best in company but will hack alone. Needs confident understanding rider to work with him. He is a lovely horse but not the easiest, very rewarding when it go's right!- snaffle mouth- WILL NOT HUNT- would blow his brain!
Unfortunately i had assumed he was sorted and no longer have much stuff for him but can sort out bits and pieces, no saddle sorry.

I am willing to loan long term/permenant to the correct local home. If anyone is interested/ can help please pm me

One last bump (in case the perfect person missed it!)

Or ideas anyone please?
So far i have sorted grazing with a filly which couldnt be further from suitable as he will become fixated by her which is such a shame as he's over all attachments and doing really well but on the good side its a grassy field with shelter etc and beggars cant be choosers!

I haven't yet no. He's back home and reminding me of all the good bits and the things i love about him! Breaks my heart that i have to go through it all over!
Ive rented a little paddock which i can have for 2 months giving me a little breathing space
