I am relocating from East Herts and selling my lovely land (nearly 4 acres) + large barn with shelter/stable/workshop/grooms room. It is in a secluded location but set into a GOLF COURSE so fab for the men too! Direct bridleway access in an unrivaled location with far reaching views. It has been designed to give the horses a fabulous lifestyle and easy for the owner too as two of the paddocks lead directly into the covered area.
Bet I wont find anything half this good anywhere else!!

ohhhh couldn't you please please please give it to my mum and I?? We're looking for a yard like that in that area to rent! Good luck with finding something else though :)
 
Would love to be in a position to "give" it to you and your mum but sadly got to relocate my horses (and us) to a completely different county so will have my own struggle to try and find the same again elsewhere to buy!
