Anyone looking for livery in Kings lynn area ?

Have found a nice yard in North Runcton ( still havn't found a horse yet!) thought if anyone was looking around for a yard you might be interested. Nice people and good facilities ( menage, horse walker and all weather gallop) prices are reasonable too.

Is that Matt Gingell's place? I thought that was on the market, unless it's been sold....

It was a racing yard, as far as i know matt is not training anymore and these people are now opening a livery yard

I knew it had been a racing yard (I remember it when it was a riding school

) - but it's definitely still on the market... for £750,000

A friend of mine believes that its being rented with a view to buy it should the livery yard go well. Dont really know many livery yards in the area but this seems a nice one, guess it just depends if they can get the horses in.
