i ordered a new hat over a week ago and in my account is just still says ‘ order being processed’ and i cant get an answer when i call the customer services number.
 
Yes - their 2 day delivery stretched to 9 days but things arrived eventually! They actually called me in response to an email I sent - try that?
 
I did (breaking my own rules) and it arrived about a week later. I would never pay for express delivery, as I don't think they know the meaning of speedy!

I would email them. Give them 48 hours to respond, then email again. I have previously written to the CEO, twice. Perhaps suggesting that you would do the same might focus someone long enough to get you some information.
 
I have read quite a lot of negative comments on here about DH recently (orders going missing, them running out of stck and v. slow refunding, etc) but I hope yours gets sorted quickly! Keep on at them and even if they take forever to reply hopefully they'll help and at least you'll have evidence of trying to get hold of them!
 
I broke the rules recently and allowed myself to purchase a bargain. Took 2 weeks longer than first advised but after all the posts on here I'd expected that anyway and wasn't in a hurry for the item.
 
Mum ordered me some of the bargain ariats for Xmas which arrived promptly - the only thing was they emailed me the confirmation email and then when she emailed them to check they then called ME back ( I knew nothing about it - surprise ruined) the young lad my mum spoke to told her the wrong information too as in he told her the boots were out of stock, and had been out on back order for her, when thru arrived the next day.

So all in all the product arrived, but staff don't seem to know their a **e from their elbow and having been in the wrightington store recently I wouldn't buy anything online unless by credit card (so I had some degree of financial protection)

It's such a shame, I used to love DH and as a kid it was my favourite place ever , sadly I can't see it lasting in it's current format much longer. They need better staff and better delivery service for starters.
 
I only order things in the sale that I don't urgently need! Some things have taken a couple of months and others came straight away but always in dribs and drabs. Sometimes I forget and its like surprise gifts to myself ;-)
 
I ordered, everything supposedly in stock and none of it was :mad: Still took my money though. I did eventually get everything in dribs and drabs but it took nearly 2 months. I found writing on their facebook wall was the best way to get their attention x Would never order again though :(
 
Derby House are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My last order had still not fully turned up after 3 months so after several emails enquiring where the rest of my order was I rang and cancelled the outstanding items.

5 weeks later I received a rather rude voice mail telling me that my credit card had been declined and I needed to contact them ASAP, which I did - expressing my concern as I had ordered nothing from them. Turns out it was for the previously cancelled items and as over 4 months had passed since the original order had been placed my credit card had expired. Expressed my concern that they were trying to charge me for items I had canceled and foolishly mentioned that luckily my card had expired.

2 weeks later I received an email from them telling me that my order had been placed and I would be receiving my goods shortly - several irate phone calls later it transpired they had successfully used my credit card details to reorder the items that I had already cancelled TWICE!!!

Managed to stop this order but needless to say I was not very happy!
 
Haven't ordered from them for months even when I was so very tempted in the sale...
The delivery is a disgrace as is customer services. To be honest the whole company is shambles just now.

I went to the store and was equally disappointed. Waited about 30 mins to try on a pair of boots due to lack of staff who give a ****
 
I ordered a rug that was meant to be back in stock on the 11th, still waiting. Only 8 days later but getting impatient and worried as really need it!
 
Ordered 2 items which arrived v quickly unfortunately the sno boots leaked like a seive but they took them back no quibble, even arranging free pickup. Rugs r on back order but customer services v helpful, even reduced price of one as it had dropped in price in sale, hoping they will arrive soon.
