Anyone ordered recently?

I ordered a pair of breeches a year or 2 ago (BB - before brexit) and I had a right carry on. They didn’t actually arrive, ever. Don’t even think they made it to the UK. Anyway after some Hokey Cokey they sent a replacement pair which arrived in days.

I have seen some lovely stuff but I’ve read their recent trustpilot reviews and it seems like an absolute disaster.
Anyone ordered anything this year from them?
 
I have. Ordered a new schooling whip and scales. Took an age to come (4 weeks maybe), I just assumed with Brexit it might take longer.
 
I order from them all the time. They're fast and easy to work with for returns or other issues...but I am in Germany. Never had a problem though.
 
I bought a few bits earlier this year. Delivery took longer than expected as the items came from the EU. The delivery driver left the parcel at a neighbours 1/4 mile away in their outdoor dog kennel instead of in my double garage as requested.
I will hesitate before using them again.
 
I order from Horze via Amazon, it always arrives within days. The downside is that they have very limited stock but might be worth checking if you are in a hurry.

Ordered two Uvex helmets from them and no problems. Rapid delivery and competitive prices.
 
yeah im in ROI and I've had three orders with them over the last month or so. took a week or so for them to get the stock in but then was posted out with no issue.
