Anyone out there got a lab pup?

I want to buy a collar that will fit our lab pup (fingers crossed being born in 10 days time). The pup is for my son so I want to give him the collar for his birthday whichi s before the pup will be coming home. Any idea at all what size I will need? Our dogs never wear a collar so I haven't got an old one knocking about, it is more of a gesture.

Hi, ours have gone in cat collars for the first two weeks! then the small puppy collar after that, hope that helps

Hi, you can buy small collars designed for puppies from most pet shops, they are usually made from felt type material and they are adjustible, you pull them to the required size and tuck the excess in or cut it off. They work well and you can normally choose from a range of colours.
